BUSINESS BANKING

COMMERCIAL LOANS

Lines of Credit
With a business line of credit, you have the flexibility to manage your company for maximum stability, despite fluctuations inherent in any business enterprise. A line of Credit allows you to borrow, repay and re-borrow as needed from an account with a predetermined limit.

Business Cash Advance
A business cash advance (BCA) is a quick cash funding source where you are borrowing against your future cash flow. For instance if you normally bring in about 50k a month in sales deposits, lenders are willing to loan you 50k in advance which you then pay back over the next 2-6 months. This funding is very expensive, but little paperwork is necessary for approval. It is based on personal credit and your business bank statements. We work with several large funders including Advantage MCA, NY Merchant Cash Advance and Fast MCA Merchant Cash Advance. These are 3rd party mca funders who will do the actual funding of your small business.

Term Financing
Available with repayment terms up to 10 years, term loans offer businesses the flexibility and convenience of repaying a loan over an extended period of time. They are available to meet the capital needs of the borrower such as plant acquisition or remodeling, equipment purchases and many other commercial borrowing needs.

We offer equipment and vehicle loans with repayment terms of up to five years. We also offer financing for Owner Occupied Real Estate with repayment terms of up to fifteen years.
