In order to provide our services to you, including, but not limited to, the NetTeller service, we collect transactional information in your accounts and may ask you to provide additional information about yourself and your finances. Protecting your privacy along with your financial assets is very important to us and we value the trust you place in us to protect your personal and business financial information. You have chosen to do business with us and we recognize our obligation to limit access to the information you provide us. Accordingly, we will not sell or rent your personally identifiable financial information or any other nonpublic personal information to third parties except as set forth in Part D below. As described in more detail in Part D below, there are limited circumstances in which some of your personally identifiable financial information and other nonpublic personal information will be shared with third parties, under strict restrictions, so it is important for you to review this Privacy Policy. By using our site, you expressly consent to our collection and use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy may be revised over time as we add new services and features or as we incorporate suggestions from our account holders. Any material changes will be effective immediately. If you have closed your account with us, you will not be contacted to notify you of the amended Policy and your personally identifiable financial information will not be used or disclosed in this new manner. B. What information of yours we collect
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
* Information about your identity such as your name, address, social security number and driver's license number, when you register to use different features on our site;
* Information about your transactions with us, such as your account balance, loan payment history ATM and debit credit card usage;
* Surveys, applications and other forms filled by you, such as information about your income and assets;
* Various credit services;
* Use of cookies on our site ("cookies" are small files of data that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you as a Seacoast customer if you return to the Seacoast site using the same computer and browser);
* Log files of our site;
* Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies, such as your credit history and creditworthiness; and
* Verifications of information you provide on an application or other forms. This may be obtained from your current or past employers, or from other institutions where you conduct financial transactions.

C. How your information is used

* To effect, administer, or enforce transactions that you have requested or authorized, or in connection with servicing or processing a financial product or service you have requested or authorized, or to maintain or service your accounts with us;

* To verify the existence and condition of your account for third party, such as merchant, another financial institution, or a credit reporting agency;
* To comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or court order which applies to us;
* We disclose information that we in good faith believe is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activity, or to conduct investigations of violations of this Policy or any other agreement we have with you;
* We disclose information to your agent or legal representative (such as the holder of a power of attorney that you grant, or a guardian appointed for you);
* We share aggregated statistical data with our business partners or for public relations. However, this aggregated information is not tied to any personally identifiable financial information;
* We also use IP address information to analyze trends, administer the site, improve site performance and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Our use of cookies allow us to recognize you if you visit multiple pages in our site during the same session, so that you don't need to re-enter your password multiple times. Once you log out or close your browser, session cookies expire and no longer have any effect. In addition, we use cookies to process our referral program; and
* We use customer information to identify you and recognize unusual behavior that may signal unauthorized use of your accounts. By helping to spot and detect fraud, we help protect you against identity theft and unauthorized use of your accounts. We also analyze your balance and transaction information, and we can suggest a more appropriate account.

D. With whom your information may be shared
* We share your information with our service providers, as permitted by law, to effect, administer, or enforce transactions that you have requested or authorized;
* We may also share your information to a credit reporting agency; to local state, federal authorities, if we believe a crime may have been committed; to paying agencies after the death or incapacity of a recipient or beneficiary of recurring direct deposit payments; and in response to requests by our regulatory agencies or requests by agents of Seacoast, such as independent auditors, consultants, attorneys or CPAs;
* We may share general information, that does not include any not include any personally identifying financial information, about the Seacoast web site with third parties. If Seacoast (or substantially all of our assets) is acquired, we expect that customer information would be transferred along with the other business assets as permitted by law;
* We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.

E. Security procedures
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

The security of your Seacoast account also relies on your protection of your Seacoast password. You may not share your Seacoast password with anyone. Seacoast representatives will never ask you for your password, so any e-mail or other communication requesting your password should be treated as unauthorized and suspicious. If you do share your Seacoast password with a third party for any reason, including because the third party has promised to provide you additional services such as account aggregation, the third party will have access to your account and your personal information, and you may be responsible for actions taken using your password. If you believe someone else has obtained access to your password, please change it immediately.

We maintain security standards and procedures to help prevent unauthorized access to confidential customer information and we regularly review, test, and update our technology and procedures to improve the security and accuracy of such information. We investigate your inquiries about information received from us (or from a credit bureau reflecting information we have provided) that you believe to inaccurate and we take steps to correct information we determine to be incorrect.

F. Children
Children are not eligible to use our service and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use the service
